How to donate
Please direct donors to your Open Collective profile for credit card donations, and to donate.raft.foundation for all others. If they need our information, such as address or EIN (“Tax ID”), direct them to the donor information page of our main website.

If a donor needs an invoice in order to make their donation, see Invoice requests for how to proceed. If they would like to donate by check and give or send the check to you rather than Raft, see depositing checks
Donation arrangements
Donors may also contact us to arrange a donation directly.
Refunds
Donors should contact us directly at team@raft.foundation if they need a refund or to make an adjustment to their donation.
Disputes
The Raft team handles all disputed charges directly with the donor. Usually it is because they do not recognize our name on their credit card statement. If we do not hear back from the donor, we will accept the dispute and refund the charge, to stay in good standing with our payment processors.
Cryptocurrency donations
We receive crypto donations through Every.org. Please note that they charge a 1% fee on these donations.
Collection of credit card information
Fiscally sponsored projects should not collect sensitive donor information such as credit card numbers. Donors should only make credit card donations directly via Open Collective.
